Yogesh Tripathi

Director and CEO

Yogesh Tripathi, a distinguished alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Pune, brings over 14 years of prestigious experience from his tenure as an Executive Officer in the Indian Navy. His notable career includes commanding a warship, participating in UN peacekeeping missions, and leading joint naval exercises with international fleets.

After his naval service, Yogesh transitioned to the renewable energy sector, where he made significant strides in establishing nationwide operations for Mission New Energy Limited, Australia. He also played a pivotal role in the formation of Perdaman Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Perdaman Industries, Australia.

He also contributed significantly to the setup of Yogesh’s entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Alliant Techsol Pvt. Ltd. and Marine Blue Technology Pvt. Ltd. He currently spearheads Alliant Defence Pvt. Ltd. as its CEO, driving innovation and excellence in the defence sector.

Vivaik Bharadwaaj

Executive Director

Vivaik Bharadwaaj, an esteemed alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, and ISB Hyderabad, boasts an illustrious career with over 14 years as a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force.

After earning his MBA, Vivaik transitioned to the corporate realm, where he spent nine impactful years with Google India. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to co-found Mygate, Alliant Defence, and several other groundbreaking startups.

Today, Vivaik’s leadership exemplifies a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation, bridging the gap between the corporate world and the defence sector.

Richa Tripathi

Non Executive Director

Richa holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and a Master of Computer Applications. Since 2006, she has been dedicated to her career in the software domain, contributing her expertise as a full stack developer at Bank of America. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the technical domain, Richa's journey showcases her passion for technology and her commitment to excellence.

Balwant Singh

Technical Director

Balwant, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He possesses a fully equipped facility specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision parts for space, aviation, defense, and DRDO.

His expertise encompasses welding, fabrication, CNC mechanical operations, auto component manufacturing, as well as maintenance of CNC, hydraulic systems, and power packs.
